Casa Sur Prints offers downloadable digital artwork through casasurprints.com. Before buying, review the artwork page, final price and these terms. Information displayed during Payhip checkout is part of the payment and delivery process.

Products and delivery

Each purchase is for one digital artwork and includes the files and guide listed on its page. No physical print, frame or other item is shipped. Once payment is confirmed, access to the files is provided through Payhip and sent to the email used at checkout.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is specified. The final amount, including taxes applicable to your location and payment method, is displayed before you confirm payment. Payments are processed through Payhip and the payment providers available at checkout. Casa Sur does not request or store complete card details on this website.

Artwork use

Your purchase grants a personal-use license, described on the Personal-use license page. It does not allow resale, distribution, public sharing of files or commercial use. Room images and frames are illustrative.

Printing and support

The included guide explains how to select a ratio and prepare your print. Color can vary with the screen, printer and paper. If a download link fails, a file is missing or the product you receive differs from its description, email hello@casasurprints.com with your order information so we can resolve it.

Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to make a request. These terms do not exclude or reduce non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
