Information we receive

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. When you buy, the checkout platform may share information needed to identify your order, deliver files and provide support, such as your email, purchased products and transaction details. Please do not send sensitive payment information by email.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address. Your subscription is confirmed through a double opt-in email, and the newsletter is managed with Brevo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message.

How we use it

We use this information to answer messages, process and support orders, meet legal and administrative obligations, and prevent misuse. We do not sell email lists. Promotional messages will only be sent through an active subscription channel with a way to opt out.

External services

Digital checkout and delivery are handled through Payhip and the payment providers offered during checkout. The newsletter is sent through Brevo. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. If the website adds a newsletter, analytics or an external form provider, this policy must be updated to identify that service before activation.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to handle your request or order and meet applicable obligations. We take reasonable steps to limit access. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your personal information under applicable law. Email hello@casasurprints.com with your request; we may reasonably verify your identity to protect your information. You can also stop promotional messages using the unsubscribe link in each email.
